Enrollment Systems

The Enrollment System Ansrware has developed involves the whole spectrum of employee benefit programs including:

• Online Enrollment System – allows clients to enroll employees into insurance programs.
• Allows agents or group administrators to enroll new employees, modify existing insured enrollees, or terminate coverage.
• Includes Group, Plan, Location, Rate, Enrollee, and Dependent data.
• Provides an online listing of any data updates.
• Allows attachments to be added to Groups, Plans, Enrollees, and Dependents. This can include. marriage license, birth certificate, adoption document, claim form, or any other related document or PDF file.

The entry of a Groups including Plans, Enrollees, Locations, a list of data updates made (history), and any attachments (i.e. documents, PDF files, etc) related to a Group.
